Picture time!
We'll start with the beginning. These are the door signs my mother and I made to help us remembered where everyone's cabins were on the boat.
My mom and grandma waiting to board the boat. (Shoutout to JBRD clothing for my mom's shirt!)
The boat!
My mom and hubs before setting sail.
Me before setting sail...please excuse the sun streak down my face.
The Atrium (pic by my cousin Kelsi)
Selfie! Working on my tan. Living in NY, I was in need of the sun. This was day 1, a Fun Day at Sea and task number one for me was soak up the sun.
Meet Crabbie, he was my first towel friend.
Okay, this is bad, but I don't remember which port I snapped this picture on. Our ports of calls were: Costa Maya, Mahogany Bay (Roatan), Belize, Cozumel. However, due to heavy winds and waves we were unable to dock at Costa Maya so the Coast Gaurd told us we had to skip that port. Anyway, I think this was taken on Mahogany Bay.

The birthday celebration. For me, the best part of the cruise was sitting down each night and having dinner with my entire family. Besides my mother and hubs, everyone else in this pic lives is Florida, so getting us together like this a very rare.
Hanging out on the boat with this guy!
Belize!!! We had a chance to do a Shore Excursion to the Lamanai Mayans Ruins. It was breathtaking and slightly scary. The video that is posted, if you turn the sound on you will hear the sound of Howler Monkeys. If the sounds they make sound familiar it's because they use the same monkeys to produce the dinosaurs roars' on Jurassic Park movies.
After I climbed up one of the ruins and had a chance to look around and take in the entire landscape I was surprised to find my grandmother standing next to me. That's right, my amazing and beautiful grandmother, who I may remind you just turned 80, climbed all of those stairs! I had to take a pic of her and my mom taking a glory rest before yelling at her for making me look bad... heck I was still out of breath from climbing those stupid stairs.
On a tender leaving Belize and heading back to the boat.
This is Monkeykeykeykeee, we found him hanging out after returning from Belize.
Beauty and grace. My cousin and grandmother on the second elegant night. -No lobster tails were served at dinner, though. :-(
My aunt and hubs all dressed up!
My mom taking a selfie. Isn't she pretty?
Having a nightcap. No judging my glass.
More Towel Art.
Time to say goodbye.
Pic by Kelsi!
Before heading back to NY, Hubs and I stayed in Orlando for 2 days. We had a Groupon for this place call Little New Orleans Kitchen and Oyster Bar. OMG, I am a seafood lover, and until eating here I have had a bottomless pit when it came to putting crustaceans away. Not only was the food AMAZING but the portions were so generous, I had to throw in the in towel before finishing the last of my crayfish. FIRST TIME EVER. Woman VS Food...Food won. If you are ever on the Orlando area, YOU MUST stop by and try this place out. My mouth is watering just talking about about it. And to make the entire experience better, the staff was great, and very friendly.
I hope you have enjoyed the pics! Elle out!
Oh my gosh, Elle, that looks like fun! We've never been on a cruise, but now I think I want to. Your grandmother is amazing! Ha, I would probably be like you and have to sit down and catch my breath. Lol. Thank you for sharing the pictures of your adventures.
